Installed relocation brackets, now e-brake is stuck on! help! asap!

BMR weld on. Now the brake is stuck on. any ideas? I need help ASAP!

Go under and mess with the ebrake cable attachement towards the rear just above the driveshaft...there's 2 cables and a bracket there. Mine got tweaked and stressed at one point during the fuel pump install and it bound up. Just wiggled it and it popped back in place...hopefully yours is the same.

the lever may be rusty and sticking applied. can you pull the ebrake lever back at the caliper, where the cable goes on to it? if thats it, just spray some pb blaster on there and work it out. worth a shot. another idea may be the cable is rusted inside the cable housing.

I believe when you install the brackets you are suppose to grind on the E-brake weight to gain clearance. Did you do this? I don't know if thats the problem but it might be.

That's a great point...my installer removed those and gave them to me as "extra" parts. What function do they perform? Keep the cable tight when not in use?
