Installed Headers, Now bad idle/ low RPM Stumble

Well, i hev resaerchered the topic and did not find anything new, so i figured i would try again. I installed a set of pacesetter shorties a few days ago. Since the install, my car has had a very bad idle, and a low rpm miss untill about 2000. I have a new coil, plugs, wires, fuel filter. It only happens when he car warms up, so i assume in closed loop. My guess is 02's or MAF. The car seems to be running rich, also gets poor gas milage 10-12 mpg. I have also cleaned my EGR and it is working properly. Any ideas before i get 02's?

My cable routing is kinda bad, the wires dont touch the headers, but do cross between themselves a few times.
