install on bmr struttower brace???

hey folks, I have a bmr 2 point strut tower brace that I want to install, should I have the car on jack stands when installing, or on the ground. My guess would be on the ground, but wanted to double check?
Thanks

No need to put it on jack stands unless you just like it up higher to work on.

No no no, you should have it on level ground. so the suspension is properly loaded.

I figured I should have it on the ground for that exact reason Eddie95Z28, but thought I would check in first. Thanks for the replies guys.

Hhmmm, I did not know that. I assumed since it only goes on one way it didn't matter. I bought mine used though and didn't get any instructions with it but it seemed pretty straightforward. Anyway, I installed mine on the ground.

Did mine in the driveway, the grass probably wouldn't be any different. It's not like you're gonna be under the car.
