i think i have checked everything...

Ohms = 12.7-12.9
ground = good
unplugged maf and iac = did not help
fuel pressure after regulator = 40psi
starts with starting fluid then dies = i have spark
used a pulse sensor on the injectors = no pulse
switched pcm's = no change
edit: scanned for codes = no codes found
checked security light = light blinks and security is normal

has anybody had this problem and solved it?

i am thinking it is my "only has 500 miles on it fairly new ac delco optical spark distributer..."! which would really CHAP my ***!

i need suggestions of what could cause it along with how to's...

 

It wouldnt be ur opti spark if ur getting spark. I would try removing the fuel rail with the injectors attached. Its only 4 bolts and with the injectors off it would be easy to have a help check to see if they arent opening. If not, i would have to guess its something with the PCM. Are you throwing any codes?

 

i pulled the rail up and turned the engine over, no fuel is coming out of the injectors... the pcm is not throwing codes...

 

is the pump working, do you have a way of checking fuel pressure?
