I have ls1 coils on my car. As the engine requires more injector duty cycle I expect the radio frequency coming from the injectors to increase. However would the noise coming from the coils/plug wires increase? I wouldnt think so because 12 volts hits the coils then they fire no matter what rpm or power level.
