Injectors not getting power?

Hey Guys,
Is there anyone that can help? I have just replaced the the fuel pump on my 1994 Z28 and still can't get it running and i have fuel perssure, but i don't seem to have power at the injectors? what would cause this?
I've try to remove the fuel rail and keep the fuel lines hooked up and cranked the motor over to see if the fuel injectors would spray, and did not spray. Then I took Ele. tester to check and see if I was getting power to the Injectors, nothing! Then I checked the fuses, they were ok! I don't know what to do Next?

Are you saying that, key on, you did not have +12V to the pink wire in each injector harness connector?

Have you scanned it for codes? DTC 16 (loss of low resolution pulse signal from the cam position sensor in the Opti) will shut down the fuel pump and the injectors, for example.

Yes I checked Both fuse and they were good!
Now on the pink wire I'm going back to check it again, but I thought i did check it and had no reading on it.

Ok I got it running! I was checking everything, then I started thinking about a thread that I read. So I unpluged the TPS and hooked up all the injectors and tried to start it and it started. so I let idle for a bit then shut it down, then I tried to restart it and it stated again. So I hooked the TPS back up to see if it was going to die, but it didn't, so I shut it down again, then started it up again and it started, with the TPS hooked up?
I'm know really sure what happened, but it's running and running Great!!!
Going to the Track on Thursday with my son! Bradenton, Florida
