Info and comments on this set up! A good deal?

Just wanted to know a little about this set up. What should the motor be spinning up to to get the best times and do those numbers sound good?
how good is it going to be daily drivable as well. He's driven it daily and the new motor has 30k on it. The body has 125k.

Possible trading him my camaro (mods in sig) for his and 2g's. Mine has 80k miles on it. Possbile something wrong with the brakes. bad keypad. Bad oil sensor. coolant sensor and a slight miss with the ac on and a slight front seal leak near the tranny. Hood is bad from a wreck ( giving him my unpainted ss hood) and front bumper is pealing. Sound like a good deal? Hes asking 7500 for the car but needs money to pay off loans. as well.

Engine: 370rwhp/380rwtq

LT1, bored .030 over
forged bottom end with 11.1:1 pistons
LG stage 2 heads and port matched intake
comp cams 1.6 Pro Mag rollor rockers and chromoly pushrods
comp cams .510/.520 lift 230/236 diration 112 LSA cam
ported 52mm Throttlebody
Throttlebody air foil
G2 Cold Air Intake w/ K&N Filter
G2 Smooth Intake Bellows
Accell 400+ ignition module
Accell 24# Injectors (have 30's for it)
Custom computer tune
LT4 knock module
Mac Mid Legnth headers and ORY
Borla Cat-Back
Flot Tech Cut-out

Suspension/Drivetrain:

G2 Engine Bay Brace
G2 front ant rear Sway Bars
G2 Lower control arms
G2 Control arm relocation brackets
Eibach Springs (lowered 1 1/4 inch)
B&M Ripper pro shifter
G2 skip shift eliminator

Everything was installed by LG motorsports and pretty much the best of everything was used. And i'm sure LG does some quality work. Main reason i'm looking at the car is its a 6spd and it has t-tops.

Well i'm planning on just leaving it for awhile. But if or when i have extra money spraying might not be out of the picture. He said to spray i would have to retune and it may only push 350 or so but it would handle spray ALOT better otherwise it will blow the intake off if it was sprayed with the current tune as of right now.

Do you think its a good deal? The one think i'm worried bout is the tranny has 125k on it. How well do t-56's hold up and for how long?
