hi all.
a buddy of mine,and me, took my intake off this winter,and painted and polished it, along with porting it,and putting on a 58 mm tb.i also deleted the air pump system, and the other mods are in my sig. however my question is with tuning, with deleting the air pump, i was going to buy lpp long tubes, but i know with long tubes its a good idea to intall a lt4 knock module, but i was going to have my computer reprogrammed for the lower t stat i installed, so can the reprogram the lt4 module with the computer,or do i need to buy the knock module?

i was going to have these done with the computer..

lower fan turn on temps
delete skip shift
delete rear 02 sensor
delete air setup

anything else i should have done??? thanks alot

Buy the Module. I put one in mine when i put the cam and have had no problems.

 

The knock module has nothing to do with programming. You can change it at any time.

 

ahhh, sounds good then,is there anything else you guys can think of i need to have done while reprogramming? we dont currently have emissions here, so thats not a problem.

 

I deleted the egr. I thought I had a leak from it so I got rid of it. The block off plates where $20 on Ebay.
