I started this afternoon. Got to the second to the last bolt on the drivers side. It's actually a bolt/stud combo.

My question is, what is on the bracket that is attached to that bolt/stud?

I didn't notice the bracket on there and the bolt through the manifold broke loose before the nut on top...it's now twisted beyond recognition and I don't know if I broke whatever the thing is that goes on the bracket.

If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it.

The EGR solenoid goes on there.
