thats pretty much what everyone uses with over the valve cover setups -- the only thing is that you will also need opti ends - you can get those from any speed shop - summit, jegs, thunder racing etc. they will be about $20

So these wouldn't be a bad choice? And by over the valve cover ...that means they are wrapped over? not really sure....so i could pretty much do wires for like $60 total probably...easy to install? I have just about no experience..i've watche a friend replace them on his honda civic..ha it took em about 2 minutes but then again its a lil easier to get to and self explainatory than the lt1. Thanks

You don't want over the valve cover wiring if you don't have headers. OVC wires use special looms that attach to the valve cover. You could still use those wires in the normal location if you purchase the opti boots, too.

Thanks....i dont have headers...so you are saying that i wouldnt need to go with the OVC set up? Is installation easier by not doing the looms and OVC set up?

No, it is not easier in the stock location, it is just that you will burn all your wires up if you you go OVC with stock manifolds. You would have to run your wires right over the stock manifolds (no good). Headers are not this way, so that is why they use the OVC wires with headers and not stock manifolds.
