Ignition---MSD or what???

Trying to help out a friend and he has a LT4/383 stroker with stock maifolds, fuel injectors, fuel pump, ignition system, and those things. With Nitrous he is putting down 529 hp and 615 Ft/torque but the car is not providing enough spark right near 5500 RPM's...it was suggested to upgrade the ignition system...I need help with what to go with...any ideads???

I think most people would recommend an aftermarket ignition box when using a power adder, including nitrous.

I don't have a power adder, but have been running a MSD 6A for a few years without any problem.

Finding a place to put it is the hardest part. Buy a MSD plug-in harness so you won't have to cut any wires and you can go back to stock in a matter of minutes. Pretty much plug and play.

FYI: I have 30lb injectors and my stroker is NA and not putting out anywhere near the hp of your friends. I am at the upper limit of the 30 pounders. I think her should do a little math and upgrade the injectors and fuel pump system before he actually lights a real fuse under it or a lean condition will result.

I installed my MSD Digital 6 in about 30 minutes....nothing to it with the harness.
