If my O2 mV's are 70, that means? + other fuel trim ?s

When my car surges it most commonly happens when my O2mVs get below 100 or so and stay there for a few seconds. This happens at idle only really, sometimes at cruise but it wont surge at cruise.

My fuel trims also start at 125 and go to 109 or so (both sides, but left is usually lower) the integrators are about 125 or up to 130. So am i running rich? and what is going on? I am trying to narrow down my surging at idle (still, since last may )

If oil were to be burned, would that have any affect on the o2 readings?

on decel and idle the O2s will fluctuate like that, to an extend, its like instantanious then back then again and back til you hit a constant.

The other stuff I'm not really sure on, kinda need to see the whole picture if you know what i mean. I 'll let someone with alot more knowledge tham me answer that.

Well, no. That last part is wrong. They are always suppose to fluctuate, from rich to lean, under nearly any condition. Under WOT they stay kinda more constant, that is really the only exception. Look at Injuneers page and bulk up
