If im selling my car, is it worth it to take my Hooker LT's off?

Hey guys, I've decided to upgrade to an LS1. I'm swapping every part I can that will go, and I'm selling everything I can get off. Is it worth my time to take off my Hooker LT's and replace them with something cheap?

probably not. it would probably be a lot of work for very little return.

with most mods I would say yes, since they really don't increase the value of the car that much. You could probably get an additional $500 or so from the headers, but considering the time and cost involved with a header swap on these, I would say leave it on.

If you do the work yourself, it's well worth $500 to take them off. I'm sure someone on the board would donate a set of stock manifolds and y-pipe for your cause. If not, you can find them DIRT cheap.

Even if it takes you 10 hours to swap, that's a $50/hour return on your time.....More than I make at work....
