After this weekends header install I started thinking that I should get the Egr block off plates and just get rid off that mess. I don't think that flex tube is making a very good seal on the header any ways cause I had to file part of it down to fit it into the hole in the header. Anyways, if i get the 3 plate set will I get an SES light. Is this something that needs to be programen out? Thanks!

 

Just leave the little black EGR valve solenoid plugged in, and no ses code.

 

I thought the solenoid could be removed if you plugged it with a plate?
