Idle Surge after Stall

This issue was visited once on here a couple of years ago, but I haven't seen anything on it since then and it wasn't really ever answered... I've got a 3200 Vig in a fairly stock car. Mods are K&N FIPK, Cutout, and a Catback. In closed loop, the idle surges a couple hundred RPM for a few cycles, then smooths out for a few seconds and repeats the process. It's actually dropped down low enough to stall the car two or three times sitting at a stoplight. I've gone through the usual culprits and I don't seem to have any vacuum leaks, my Maf has been cleaned, and I haven't gotten any strange readings from the MAP sensor... It's done this ever since the stall went in, but it seems a little more noticeable lately. Do I just need a tune, or is there a fix for this?

Nobody has any ideas huh? I'm thinking I'll just have it tuned and see if it smooths out...

My scanner was stolen out of the car, so I haven't a clue... I need to get a laptop in it and do some logging. I did actually have some battery problems recently, but I'm getting good voltage, so I can't see that being the problem. Anyway, I just ordered a set of LT's, so I'm going to install them and change out the O2's and then I can tune it because I won't be touching the motor for a little while after that.

I'm not really sure how much a tune will be able to help this issue.

I'm not really either, but I've cleaned out the IAC and the MAF, and it didn't have any effect on it at all. I'm sure I can play with it in the tune and at least get it more stable than it has been.
