I just finished cam install, and my idle is iratic. At lights it surges to 1100 even sometimes 1200 Rpms. In neutral it surges from 900 to 1100. I got a pcm tune from alvin, and i cleaned the iac vavle, I oiled the butterflys in the TB. still nothing. I think i have all the vaccum hoses hooked up correctly, but could someone please take a pic of there engine so i can check.

P.S Before the cam swap I cleaned the TB, and after that, the idle was high then but it didnt surge
