Idle problem - IAC?

Was driving around the T/A, it was running great, idling great, etc. I then pulled into Exxon to get gas. After I filled up, my car wouldn't idle past 500 rpm. I thought it was the gas cause I was pretty dang empty when I put gas in, but then, I decided to try driving it, and once I was driving, it drove perfectly normal, normal acceleration. When took my foot off the gas it would drop rpms really fast, and low. So...does this sound like a stuck IAC valve? I'm thinking it is, let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

I checked Advance in College Station, $70. I hope I can get a better price somewhere though. Can you look it up for me?

I think they are about $45 from www.gmpartsdirect.com

It's the GM factory replacement part too.

You can find the part number from shoebox's site.
