Idle & bogging issues after cam swap...tune?

Just installed the cc503 & comp pro mag 1.6's. Car has a good choppy idle around 800rpm, but once the car has been running for a while (temp around 200-210) the idle will intermittently drop around 400-500 and will bounce back up, or I'll rev it up in fear of having it shut down on me. I even tried letting it idle for about 15 mins to see if it would ever shut down when the idle gets too low and it does not, it will eventually pull back up to around 800 or so...so it never shuts off, but seems to come close at times. Consistent with the idle issue is 'bogging' upon acceleration from a complete stop up until about 2k rpm, then pulls and runs fine. I have NOT gotten a tune yet, mail order or otherwise. Does it sound like this could be the issue? I've heard people talk of driveability issues when over-camming and running a stock tune. Let me stress that I doubt it's my opti, wires, plugs, or coil, as those have been replaced recently. In addition, I've adjusted my rockers several times using EOIC and I'm sure they're dead on with 5/8 preload on the stock lifters. My oxygen sensors were replaced last year as well. Any others have this issue after camming? I haven't checked my fuel pressure yet, but last I checked, it was around 35-39 psi regularly. I did not have the issue before I did the cam swap.

YOU NEED A TUNE!!!!!!! It will not work right with that cam and a stock tune. I used Ion's tune form MadZ28.com and was very happy with the 3 different ones he sent as I upgraded my car.
