idle to 2000 real rough

frome idle to 2,000 rpms my car runs real rough. I just changed the plugs and wire and if anything it made it worse. Any Ideas of what this could be? Is this a sign of a bad opti?

Check your O2 sensors.

Throwing codes???? poss. MAP sensor, fuel pressure, clogged injector??????
