first off, the car is a 94 z and i still have to worry bout emissions. with that being said i want to try and figure out how i can get the most power and still have my car pass

1 the le1 package
2 the xe 224-230 with either a le1 or le2 heads
3 le1 cam with le2 heads

im assuming ill be better with a complete le package

You'll get the best help from Lloyd, talk with him, tell him what you need and he'll hook you up with a cam most suitable for you. It might not be le1 or le2.

 

When I bought my heads from Loyd he said none of his cams will pass emissions due to the tight LSAs they run. For emission applications he recomended the Hot cam, CC305, and the 224/230. The 224/230 will be tight if your tuning is not spot on.

 

so it will probally be beter to run the 224/230 with the le heads?
