ICM mounting

Is it bad to mount the ICM where it is not grounded? I was thinking about relocating it away from the head with some zip ties so that it wouldn't get so hot. I know that some people put spacers behind them. Any thoughts?

Are you having problems with it from overheating? IMO, I wouldn't move it to another location. But, try the cooling mod.
