IAC valve location // problem

Does anyone know where the idle air control valve is located? --1994 camaro z28 -- 5.7l Lt1 --

I believe that's whats wrong with my car. Idle is little lower then it usually is, and when im stopped with the motor running the car will sometimes die unless i get on the throttle a little. Also while i am driving on the highway steady at 65 mph it will studder (typically only with cruise control on).

It's on the plate on the bottom of the throttle body. Shoebox has a photo:

.... and how to test it:
