I have a 94 camaro z28 m6. All the bolt ons with 4:10 gears. The internal mods are hot cam and 1:6 rockers. I want to feel like I have a low to mid 11 second streetable car. I want something extermly fast but something that is dependable. Should I go with a heads/cam package or a supercharger. Superchargers I know will eventually kill your engine. Since mine is stock. I really dont have the money to do a whole entire rebuild to build it up for force induction. I have about 6-7k to spend on this project. Is there any type of heads with a cam that will put me there???

 

With 6-7k I would think your goal is pretty easily attainable. Id go with a LE2 heads and cam package. Find a 12 bolt, some ET Streets and sink what’s left into a clutch and suspension. You can also look at that heads and cam and some N2O. As long as your doing the work yourself you should be able to accomplish your goal!

I'd get a set of LE heads/cam and then a 75 shot of juice. Then put the rest of the money in the drivetrain. I'm going for high 10's on a 75 shot in good weather this fall with a few other minor bolt ons and my car is dailiy driven.
