i have a 94 z car is completly stock and i wanted to know the easiest way i can can get these numbers stated above have a 1500 dollar budget i was thinkin a port and cam and a few bolt-ons would do the trick. Also I was lookin at a 355 that has lt4 hot cam hand ported heads and new valve springs and he has it for a pretty good price but what do you guys think he also stated tha the engine has about 9000-10000 miles on it....

Do you want 350-370 HP at the flywheel, or at the rear wheels? Makes a big difference.

If at the rear wheels, what trans do you have?

RWHP is measured at the rear wheels on a chassis dyno. It takes into account driveline loss that flywheel HP (done on an engine dyno) does not. RWHP will be less than flywheel HP.

5 psi boost will add 100rwhp to a stock motor and get you there.
Cheap? No.
Increasing airflow over 40% on an already strong motor never is, get used to it lol.

Then tell us whether the trans is is the A4 or the M6, so we can estimate drivetrain loss.

Your goals are over the place (300, 350, 370, probably rear wheel), and you haven't given us the info we need. Try to pin it down a little tighter.

long tubes, true duals, cold air intake, and a cam such as the cc503 will get you good drivability and close to 350 at the wheels probably.
