I took some pics, are my headers bending?

After installing my Y pipe I found out that it was made for an automatic transmission. The crossmember is forcing it to push down... I am curious if I bent something, I hope its the Y pipe and not the headers. I ordered a mufflex y pipe and I was wondering if it looks like my headers are bend or will they spring back once I take the Y off. I did grind the xmember to the point where I could put it on but I think when I was tightening the bolts something had to bend.

It may be bent slightly but its not enough to hurt anything, however if it is bent then you'll have to have someone make you a Y pipe because the angle will be off from any massed produced Y pipe and I've heard the mufflex Y pipe needs modification to fit anyway.

I think that will spring back to shape.I recommended the mufflex to you.I think you will be happy with it.I had no problems with install and perfomance is great .When you put it on,dont tighten anything til all your exhaust is connected.Another plus is that you can hook up a 4'' tailpipe to it,which is what I will do after cam and heads are on.You may want to do that.
