Well 2 days ago my car would not start. It would want to turn over but nothing. Checked battery etc. Couldn't quit figure out what it was.
Yesterday my car started ran for 2-3 seconds then died. when I tried to fire it up again the starter would click but the motor would not turn over.

I attached a scanner to the car, i got the Yellow LED, no codes were coming up. But it said that the Catalyst Monitor, Secondary Air System, Oxygen System, and Oxygen Sensor heater monitor were not performing there self checks. A little over a month ago I had the Air pump and cats replaced.

Today I go out to contiune to try and figure out what is going on. The car fires up, seems to be running ok, but after 3 mins the car shuts down. I waited a little while fired up the car again, it knocked pretty hard then started up. My O2 mv were real low at first 4.30 range after a min it went up to 8.0 range, then droped to 2.0 then the car shut off.

I am guessing that it could be a bad fuel pump, I need to get a guage so I can check the fuel pressure. Since the car ran and the O2 mv were all over the place can I eliminate the emission controls? I am just looking for some input on what I can check. I have been reading etc on what I should check. I just thought that it might be helpfull to have some outside input from you all. I am going to try and see if I can solve this problem myself and avoid spending major bucks!
