I remember not long ago someone posted a thread titled "I think I just got screwed by Dal" . Well as luck would have it my Opti just bit the dust. I bought this from Dal back at the begining of Oct. I just got off the phone with him and let me say........he was VERY nice about the whole thing, he told me that the warrenty was still good and to send it back to him and he'd take care of it. Never tried to give me the run around or anything, simply said return it and they'd send me another one. All I can say is, for me........... I got great custermor service from Dal!!
