I think I got hosed.

I bought a set of heads off a guy on here. Here are the flow numbers. These are with brand new Ferra's, guides, and vavle job. Supposedly built for the HotCam.
IN EX
.097 56 .075 31
.194 109 .150 66
.291 154 .225 98
.388 183 .300 122
.485 197 .375 138
.582 197 .450 153
They are done in 10" of water, then converted to 28".

Are they junk?

$190 for the heads. $511.73 at the machine shop.
EDIT: they were supposedly P&P mildly for a HotCamed car.

I might take them and get the flowed again. Kinda a second opinion.
EDIT: when I bought them, they were already P&Ped. The machine shop said they had 100K miles on them, hence the new valves and such.
Some of it is my fault I guess, I never say orginal flow numbers, but the guy, I thought, is very reputable on here. And I had bought from him before.

think the 500 was for the work he did on the heads after he bought them.

hosed by the shop maybe.. not the seller[as long as the heads are servicable and not 'ruined' etc by the 'port job']
190 for a set of used heads is the going rate for stock ones..

I bought them already P&P'ed. They were supposed to be in exellent shape, raedy to bolt on. Good vavles, good springs, etc, etc. I am supposed to send my stock set of heads as the other half of the deal. I am not going to now, cause of the money I am having to put into them. I got them and they were dirty as heck. I took them to a machine shop to get hot tanked. The guy broke them down. While he was doing it he called me and said that they have bad valves. I went back up there and he put a couple valves back in the guides. It rocked back and forth at least a quater of an inch. He said they are like heads that have 100K miles on them. So in went new valves, guides, seals, etc. Then resurfacing, vavle job, and flowing brought the total to $511.73.

I am going to get them flowed again, like I said, and if the number are cool, then I will send my heads.
The ad were these were orginally posted has been deleted, strangely.
The guy is not responding to PM's or e-mails.

The lift is one the left, CFM on the right. The machine shop guy didnt take them at regular intervals for some strange reason.
These may be ruined, on my clubs website, they are talking about lossing velocity, and bad cross sections, whatever that means.
