Arrow i started on my headers install

hey everybody i just started my headers install this is what i got done so far..y pipe off drivers side manifold un bolted wires off and plugs out..i guess that aint bad for putting in 2 hours of work bymyself...i would have got more done but i had to look for the right tools so i was going back and fourth...does anybody have any tips or stuff to do during the install?by the way they are jet hot long tubes...wish me luck guys thanks

Like i've said before, get a friend. You've got the easy part done.

Before you go any further,

1: Drop the starter
2: Drop the oil filter and drain the oil
3: Drop the steering shaft (saves lots of hassle)

I think your all set. I didn't have to take the oil filter off, but I was putting JBA shorty's on, so it may be different. What are you doing with the EGR? I just blocked mine off, seems to be running fine, no SES light.

Id also pull the dipstick tube, either before or after the passenger manifold is off, and hopefully your's will go in without having to jack up the motor.
