Exclamation I need wiring a replacement sealed beam harness

I'm not sure how to wire it or if it doesn't matter.

The replacement harness I have from NAPA has 3 black wires. I think the wires that are left on the car are coloured...

Help

Most replacement pigtails have no color code because they can be used on many different cars. Look at the one on the other side for guidance.

I would if it had the harness on it......

Both had been cut out.

If you can find the cavity designations on the connector,

A=tan
B=lt green
C=black

On my connector there are now markings.

If it is wired wrong what happens?

Is it safe to assume the bottom prong hole is the ground? meaning its the black wire?

thanks...

I would guess that, but don't know for sure. There is not a diagram of that connector in the manual and I don't have a Firebird that I could go look at.
