Carolina Auto Masters is in Durham, but they have had some bad press recently. Do a "search" on various sites.

Carolina Auto Masters and Jeff Creech can help you out. Jeff does my tuning
and I've found him to be a stand up guy and trust him to handle all my tuning
needs. They are in Durham and also available at carolinaautomasters.com.

These guys are close to Durham (20 miles or so). I haven't used them yet..But I have only heard good things about them. I can say I had my car turned at CAM and it still has a low RPM miss after Jeff told me it needed a new distributor. I purchased a new msd distributor, let his shop install it, and still had the problem. When one of Jeff's mechanics mentioned it to him he wasn't any help. I took it to Tick Performance to have the transmission rebuilt after it failed on CAM's dyno. (syncro ring broke going from 1st to 4th) I plan on taking mine to Mayhem in the near future. Search around on here, I'm sure others have used them. Also, Tick performance automotive now shares a shop with PCMforless in Mooresville, NC. http://www.tick-performance.com/ While Johnathan had my car rebuilding the transmission (and upgrading it with shift forks and carbon fiber rings and a few other helpful goodies) I bought a new Moser 4.10 gear set from him and had him install it. I was completely satisfied with his work and his prices. (Which he list on his website)
Hope this helps
