Try the cheap stuff first. $20 thermostat, check for leaks where clamps arent tight enough or in the radiator or out the WP Weep hole, maybe even drain it all and just add water and water wetter.

If your pump is bad do yourself a favor and get a E-WP and your car will never run over 180*.

Whats your location?

stats?? maybe a manual fan swictch?
I have a spare pump with 40K on it. I changed it when I changed the OPTI since I had it off anyway. If you want it...it's yours for free. Give me an address to UPS it to. I like to help keep the American muscle cars running on foreign soil
I'd try a pump, thermostat and a good bleed on the system to correct your problem.

Wolffman thats vary very nice of you but im from south america and shipping is more expensive than the pump itself. anyways i guess im gonna get a electric pump , i guess a stat and a fan switch, ill check for leaks in a few hours and also ill bleed my system. hope that fixes it.

I have a CSR and I like it. You just need a stock WP housing, some basic tools, wire, and WP gaskets.

I wish my friend's wife was here since she is from Argentina. Anyways the housing is the WP itself. What you do to put an electric pump in is just hammer out the pump internals or guts. The propeler, bearing, shaft, etc. Then your left with just the empty "case" or housing if you will. The E-WP kit will have a plug for the back and then you bolt the E-WP to the front. I sealed it with some RTV Silicone just to be safe.

Here maybe this will help

This is a good install site that has step by step pictures for when words arent enough.

Re: I need a fast answer (24hours) come in plz

k another update
so i just finished my 4th coolant bleed and i added like half gallon coolant and the temp got to half and stayed there forever and then went up a bit more ill say 1/3 from half to 3/4 maybe 1 or 1.5 milimetres more, thtas when i saw that my lights dimmer down a bit and come back up in a split second (i thinking is the fans comming on.) well anyways the temp went down back to half and very slowly got back up to a bit morethan half and went down again to half so i guess the overhating is fixed but i didnt see any leaks which is weird cuz i did get a power streering hortage not long ago from coolant on the belt.

how can i check if my pump is going bad besides looking at the weep hole to see if it leaks cuz im no seing any leaking.
ty for all , if u got any ideas plz post im a little more relaxed.

May not help, but you could try a new radiator cap. If it isn't sealing properly, it could cause problems. They're only a few $$.
