every since i've had my 93 z28, my left blinker has blinked slower than the right, i changed the front and rear bulbs, fuse, the flasher thing under dash and its still slow, i guessing a lose ground wire is my next try, does anybody know exactly where it is on my car?

 

Try looking around the top left hand side of the radiator, in top of T-bar.
