I've always had a bad vibration in 3rd gear between 2800-3300 RPM. Well I changed the stock fluid to redline and it's almost completely gone and that's on cold fluid!

The differential change wasn't bad but the trans. was a bitch because there's no way to get the bottle past horizontal so I had to rig up a hose to the end of it. It took a while and my arms hurt from holding it and squeezing.

You can't use the redline bottles either because of the shap so you'll need a different kind, like a regular gear oil bottle.
