it has started with hard starting, last time it did this it took 6 tries to start it and the pedal pushed to the floor while cranking it to start it, checked the fuel pressure and it is ok and the leak down is from 42 to 32 in ten minutes. Pings sometimes too, not all the time. Ideas????

 

off idle, cruising down the road the car runs fine.

 

32psi seems kinda low, really low if thats with the vacumm line off, sounds like either the fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator, or injector(s) are leaking.

 

has new injectors and a new adj. fuel regulator.

 

letting it prime, then turning it off and let it sit for 10 minutes.

 

Mine would be at 42 while it was priming, and after it was done(also running it would bounce between 38-39), so 32 sounds a tad low, i'm not sure how long it's supposed to hold pressure, but should hold little longer than 10mins. though, could be your pump then.
