For you guys calling BS, check this out.

Mods in sig, only weight reduction is taking out the spare/jack. This is on the stock stall, 3.23's, and STREET tires(goodyear F1 gsd3's, not dr's)

Good runs guys, I'm really glad your cars run as good as they do with so little done to them. Its allways good to see an LT1 with a little of the right things done to it run like a champ!

I have traveled down into Tx a few times (havent yet with my 97) but in my 93 I was about 3 tenths on average faster at Ennis than I was at Noble Oklahoma.

Good ET and mph. I have spent the last seven years at the track and have not seen that ET or mph duplicated with your mods, however the driver mod is the most important with an M6. A buddy of mine turned 11.55 at 119 in a Z06 with a air cone, drag radials, and shifter this past weekend. The driver mod can make several tenths difference.

I think those times are very believable. My 95 went 13.0 @ 108 with a 2.2 60 foot. The only difference in my car is that I have a spec stage 2 clutch instead of stage 3. I also have true duals, stock gears, and NO suspension work done.
Good times by the way!!!!

my buddy has a 96 m6 z.....mods are a CF clutch, slicks (not DR), full rear suspension (LCA's, panhard bar, Torque arm) headers and exaust and he runs 12.6@103...he holds the r's @5 grand and when the green goes floors it and drops the clutch...best was a mid 1.50.....

theres a guy i talked to at milan a couple years ago with a 6 speed LS1 who was really working the ET clock but his speeds werent all that fast....just like my buddy, he had the rear setup strong some slicks and was cutting lowwwww 12's (0's and 1's)@108....

power helps but the *** is were its at =)
