Probably the low coolant light. Common problem, the sensor (passenger side radiator end cap, back side, a few inches below the cap) cruds up and either needs to be cleaned or replaced.

An MSD 6al will not add any HP, unless you are overstressing the stock system with a power adder like nitrous or a blower. A Borla "muffler" (do you mean the "rear section"?) is also not worth anything.... it isn't any larger than stock, just sounds better. You want a Borla "catback" for improved performance, maybe 10-15HP.

The low coolant sensor is the problem when the coolant is full but the light is on. If it helps, here's my write up from when I changed mine.

If the light is really bugging you and you don't have time to do the sensor swap immediately, you can just unplug the sensor, and the light will go out. Not suggesting that this a permanent fix, just another alternative in the meantime. You should probably check your coolant level regularly if you choose to do this.
