well..not what I was expecting, I got 279.1 HP and 305 tq.. I was atleast hoping for 300hp..I have the zz409 cam, lt1 edit tune, new bosh plugs, flowmaster muffler, moroso cai, msd ignition, and bad amaco gas... I just can't wait to get headers and see what it puts out. this was on a dyno jet if that makes a differecne. I raced my friend with a 383 and was with him till 70 so I don't know

 

not bad.... whats the specs on the cam???? How many miles on the short block?

 

i have about 77k on teh car, don't know the exact specs...tpis.com tells

Ypu you should pick up quite a bit of HP with headers. With the ZZ-409 cam and nearly the same mods as you (except I had Hooker LTs) my car put down 327hp 352tq at the rear wheels.

 

I don't know. I put down 287 with just a CAI, catback and HPP3. That on a 96 with 80k miles and a failing fuel pump. Just changed the fuel pump, filter, and cleaned the injectors and my headers are ready to install. Can't wait to dyno again.
