Hypothetical: What would be involved in retrofitting SFI onto a MFI LT1?

Well??

Is there a huge difference between the SFI system (94+) and the 93's MFI??? Is it possible to 'convert' a 93? Any idea what would be involved???

Probably not worth the trouble. You will likely get responses like: "Why would you want to do that? The 1993s are faster."

The 93 system is NOT going to hold you back, a lot of people say the nwer system is so much better, it b.s.

If you really wanted to, you might as well sell your Trans Am and buys a 94+. To convert would be so much work and so much money that it would not be worth it at all.

Rob was right, 93s are faster.

You'd pretty much need a 94+ wiring harness, pcm, fuel rails, intake, injectors and some other misc stuff. Worth it? Nah..

I didn't really say that Enough has been said about that already.

I agree with what Madwolf said about what you would probably need. Just not worth it. There is not enough difference to justify the work.

Just kidding around.

I used to have a little info on there, but took it off when I started concentrating more on the tech help stuff. Really, only the one on the left is a Z, the other is a V6 that is my son's car. I have a few things in the mill for the near future and maybe I will put some info back up.
