Hub install HELP

I am finishing up my cam install and think Ive ran into a problem. The dots on the sprockets are lined up. I got the timing cover on and a friend put my hub onfor me. He said he lined it up with the mark on the crank, but I just noticed that the mark on the hub is not in the 12 oclock possition. It is pointing toward #1 cylinder. Is it on ok? I need to know soon.
Thanks,
Matt

Yes thats fine.. it will run w/o any problems but just know that you wont be able to find #1 TDC using the balancer reference mark anymore.
