Anyone see anything unusual that could be fixed? the a/c pressure is down cause its discharged.

With a ".uni" file, only people with DataMaster can open the file. If you export and save as a ".csv" file, anyone with Excel or 1-2-3 can open the file and look at it.

 

I'm willing to bet that the throttle blades aren't opening fully, or that you have some other restriction on the intake side of the motor.
MAP looks really low to me at wot and you aren't pulling in any more air than my stock motor at wot according to the maf (afgs) numbers.
How does the car run at wot?

edit: wait...you mentioned altitude...what are altitudes affect on map? Where are you?
