How are these flow numbers?
How are these flow numbers?
These are the flow numbers on my LT1 heads off a '95 T/A. How do they look? Are they bad, good, average, above average or great? I don't know anything about flow numbers so I'm kinda lost
2.00/1.56 Manley race flow valves
Crower Springs, Chromemoly locks and retainers Good to .580 lift
Comp Cams screw in studs and guide plates
Flow as follows:
No Port attachments
.100 71/62
.200 133/112
.300 187/157
.400 219/185
.500 248/192
.550 258.5/193.5

As stated above , I had a set with identical numbers. Put a custom grind Crower cam in 224/228@.050 112 LSA shorty headers 52 Mm throttlebody, 30 lb SVo injectors in a 3700lb stock suspension 94 six speed Z on drag radials went 90 MPH in the 1/8 mile. These heads will make good power with the right cam.
