How to scan 95 with odb2 innova 3100?

Is there anyway to do this? I got the typical 95 z28 with the odb2-looking port. I've seen adapters for these so you would think there is a jumper configuration for this. However I'm not sure if the adapters have more than just jumpers within to allow it to read the data.

You need an OBDI code reader or scan tool. An OBDII tool will never read it. There are some tools that read and scan both I and II, and some come with the cable for the '95. An OBDI tool can be jumpered to read the '95.

Ah yes, I just found it:
This Code Reader is compatible with OBD2 vehicles only. The adaptors that are included with the 3120 and 3140 tools will NOT allow this tool to link to an OBD1 system.
Thanks
