How to remove !air?

How to remove !air?

Just wondering what all you guys removed when you get rid of your air pumps?

Just pull the fuse for it, and the air pump assembly. It is attached to the front of the block.

Last time i removed the fuse it threw a code, so you can only remove the actual pump or can you remove the rest of it? any guides out there for those whove done it before?

Ahh yes, sorry about that code thing. I had mine programmed out with pcmforless.

Leave the fuse in and you should not have a problem.
OBD1 only.

guide

Well, sort of a guide. You can program the AIR code out, or use a resistor to fool the PCM, 100 ohm 10 watt should do it. Remove the pump, plug the holes in the airbox and exhaust manifolds, etc.
