LOL, yeah, a little more this winter and it will see high 10's next spring.

 

What tweeks are in your (somewhat) immediate future?

Larger injectors, proper tuning, Moser 12 bolt w/3.90, 4l80e, 4000 converter, UMI rear LCA's, Panhard, short TA, BMR extreme anti-roll bar, and a little more engine work.

I do have the new injectors, I went with a set of FAST 36#.

The one you are shooting for the 10's with.

 

You should have made the road trip with us to Cecil last month. You would have gotten very close to the 10's. The air there is really good.

Next year, remember me telling you I still had the slipping 4l60e, small injectors, and base tune in there so I wouldn't have even made it down there. The 11.3 now in my sig was unexpected. I knew the trans was bad and injectors too small, I only went to log some WOT numbers and ended up with an ok time out of it.

 

Just thought I'd update. I did make it to the tens this year with the mods mentioned in earlier posts and about 150# weight loss. Best of 10.87 as of now.

 

So you ran the 918 springs with the 280XFI cam and didn't have any valve float issues? Or did you have to swap the springs out?
