How often should I grease BMR suspension fittings?

I've never really gotten a straight answer from anyone. After how many miles should I re-grease the polyurethane bushings on my BMR chrome-moly adjustable LCA's and BMR chrome-moly PHR?

Thanks!

I have found it best to grease them at every oil change (2500 to 3000 miles)
I do ball joints and my bushings every time.
I,m **** about things like that though so you might not have to do them that much.

Coolness, you pretty echoed the same thing my dad said. My grease gun doesn't have a bendable nozzle. Do you have any tips on how to get the rear end high enough to get a big grease gun under the fittings with a big floor jack and big jack stands? Or just take it to a friend with a lift and do it there?

You can try putting some wood blocks on the jack to get the car up higher, just jack it up put it on stands and then put your wood block on the jack pad and jack it up again.
You can buy the rubber hose for your gun for about 15 bucks at the local parts store.

Thats cool, I figured they made something like that, I'll have to pick one up. Would Home Depot or Lowes have something like that?
