how much torque does the starter put out?
how much torque does the stock LT1 starter push? how much does the LT4 one push?

What does it matter? The stock starter will crank 250psi cranking compression at least no problem.

Before you worry about an imaginary starter upgrade give what you have a bigger wire.

My Powermaster came with a dyno sheet showing something like 240 ft/lbs of torque. Not sure what the stocker makes but it couldn't be too far behind.
