i just cammed my LT1. heres a list of mods....

97 LT1 T/A WS6 6 speed, 98k miles
224/224, .532/.532 on 112lsa
GMPP 1.6 self aligning rockers
crane 10308 spring and retainer kit
crane hardened pushrods
cloyes factory replacement timing chain
hooker lt's
3" ORY
Loudmouth
factory WS6 ram air
taylor/thunder racing OVC wire kit and NGK TR6's(with 125 shot)
STOCK intake manifold and heads
has basic tune for the headers but ill be getting a tune for the cam and whatnot soon. im wondering what kinda power i can be looking at with this cam and those mods (minus the nitrous, i can ballpark that onto the N/A numbers)

 

Ouch 14.2 trapping 101!?!? That 60' is horrendous. I have no Idea what kind of power you've got, but I can tell you if you can learn to launch better you'd be mid 13s without the cam.

I would guess you would be in the 320ish ballpark. I would definitely get a tune though, that will make a world of difference.

 

think 330 with a nice tune? im seeing hotcams do 320 or so so i think 330 sounds reasonable but iono. anyone else? thanks guys

BTW i wrote in my sig why my car sucks at the track.lol. cold nittos running everyday street pressure. o well.

 

With a tune for the cam as well as the car running overall well, I don't see why a number in the 330 range isn't possible.

 

Why not get a dyno tune for both NA and the Nitrous? That way you will know for sure your A/F is on the money when you use the juice.
