I'm wondering how much milling I'll need to hit 11:1 using Impala iron head gaskets with a stock bottom end.

The cam I'm looking at is 230/238 .565"/.565"... any guesses about PTV clearance? Does it look like I could kick the CR any higher?

At what point will there not be a gasket wide enough to go between you intake and the head.

 

i didnt have any clearance problems with my heads beeing milled .032 and my cam lift is in .59x range.
