how much hp will stock rods hold

I have a 96 trans am with a lt1.motor was recently rebuilt .30 over with the stock crank & stock connecting rods. forged pistons to spray nos any one know how much hp it might hold on stock powder rods?

Should be good to 450 500 rwhp with no detonation and keep revs down.

HP is not the issue rpms are and if they were rebuilt with good bolts I would trust them.
